We currently ship Canada-wide to all 10 provinces and 3 territories. No matter where you are, we've got you covered.
We do not currently ship internationally. If you're outside Canada and want to order, contact us at info@naomiekaybeauty.ca and we'll see what we can do.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Once a package is marked "delivered" by the carrier, it is the customer's responsibility. However, we want to help if something goes wrong:

For orders shipping within Canada, no customs or duties apply. Standard provincial taxes (GST/HST/QST) are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc.), shipping carriers experience higher volumes which may cause delays.
